We’ve only been open at our new location for a month and a half and we’ve already had several damages.
We’ve invested a ton of money into this new venture, so unfortunately we’re going to have to start cracking down and instill a few new rules and fees.
Most are just common-sense, but you’d be surprised by how many people lack common-sense and respect for other peoples property.
Everyone keeps asking if we are going to raise our rates. My answer is always the same, “We will keep our rates low, so long as people take care of the studio and stop damaging things. The less I have to spend on repairs and equipment, the more savings I can pass on to you.”
If you take it out, put it back.
If you break it, you bought it.
Take care of the facility, the equipment, the props, etc.
